Job Description
- Launch and support Microsoft Exchange server
- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate networks include VM and Microsoft products such as Active directory
- Participate in Business Continuation/Disaster Recovery infrastructure planning, building, and testing, including network performance, security, anti-virus, design, and acquisition of servers.
- Provide help desk support to corporate users
- Management and maintenance of corporate local network core and access devices, Switches, Routers, and Access points
- Administration of corporate local services and servers, Including MS SharePoint, MS Dynamics CRM, Kaspersky
- Problem-solving skill in Microsoft environments such as Microsoft Office package (especially Outlook and Excel) and operation systems
