Job Description

-Monitoring and ensuring the correct functioning of servers and Clients -Periodic visits to printers and fax machines of the organization and to ensure the correctness of their performance -Planning and conducting all affairs related to network guidance and general support of network equipment -Monitoring of all devices, services, and network servers using appropriate tools in order to ensure the access -Collecting and updating information in the field of network utilization in order to achieve the necessary planning -Plan the troubleshooting the network and internet connections in the organization and do the required actions -Studying, researching and updating knowledge and information in the field of world-class gadgets and technologies -Monitor network resources and perform preventative maintenance -Software and Hardware trouble-shooting and maintenance -Backup data from servers and files -Monitor Internet Consumption by servers, sites and users -Implementing operating systems and software on computers -Initiation of required new hardware and software systems and knowledge acquisition -Technical control of purchased equipment: -IT Support relating to issues with the internal systems and network infrastructure - Preparing and updating Documents for equipment and ISO System
