Job Description

● Design, adapt, test, and implement features and reports in the ERP software. ● Determine software requirements through discussion with users and management. ● Evaluate the time required to complete bug and feature requests to help prioritize them. ● Identify other user needs in terms of software. ● Ensure code changes are tracked using git. ● Participate in selected inter-departmental meetings, conferences, conference calls, and planning. ● Perform coding, testing, and maintenance on existing programs with some direction and supervision.

Requirements

● Strong knowledge of Git revision control. ● Experience in RDBMS such as ORACLE, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. ● Experience in software development in CRM/ERP is an advantage. ● Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills. ● Advanced knowledge of the Linux operating system. ● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent communication skills (strong verbal and written required) ● Teamwork skills. ● Time management and multi-tasking skills. ● Ability to easily adapt to changes in processes, procedures, and priorities. ● Experience with Python, and PHP is a plus.
