You must have: ● A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or extensive Experience in networking. ● Excellent proficiency in English, both oral and written, with interpersonal skills. ● Hands-on experience in troubleshooting computer software, hardware, and a variety of Internet applications and networks. ● Hands-on experience in systems and network security. ●Hands-on experience in configuring and managing firewalls/IPS/IDS hardwares from Sophos, FortiGate, Juniper, etc. ● Knowledge and experience in setting up and managing high-performance fault-tolerant VPN Networks. ● The willingness to learn new skills. ● Experience in asset management. If you have the following, it’s a plus: ● Experience supporting a medium to large office in IT operations. ● Experience with Apple hardware and software. ● Experience with Linux.
