Job Description

About the role: Head of IT is accountable for delivery of end to end IT within the End Market including account management, demand planning, projects and service delivery ensuring that End Market IT services are delivered to agreed cost and quality and exploited to their full potential. This position is also responsible for leading the implementation of the global IT strategy in the End Market through the deployment and implementation of global solutions and reduction of legacy. Responsibilities: • Understand the IT landscape in the End Market and drive activities to capture demand and optimize the exploitation of IT in the End Market • Create and maintain the End Market IT Account Plan (including IT projects, critical BAU IT activity, IT service improvement and IT cost) • Ensure resolution of IT issues impacting business performance in the End Market - act as the ultimate escalation point for IT in the End Market • Ensure the End Market is compliant with global policies and standards, including: organization, governance models, processes, risk and compliance measures and controls • Track and report progress and performance against End Market objectives, service level agreements, budgets and agreed KPI’s and metrics
