Job Description

- Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in export and importation process. - Following and tracking PR delivery time and on time shipment from supplier, issuing PO maximum in one day after getting order information from supplier, also following all the import process in coordination between sourcing, planning, purchasing, shipping, logistic and finance Dept. - Responsible for MOC registration, getting Insurance and MOI Exemptions. - Responsible for following importation banking process and getting certificate of inspection. - Responsible for all the transportation arrangements from all customs to the factory warehouses and informing production planning and logistic team regarding cargo on the way information one day before delivery. - Supervising and controlling all the shipping documents in every steps.also preparing and controlling Landed cost report. - Responsible for follow up out side office subjects related to any governmental organizations. - Being align with customs affair’s team and monitoring them in every single step from consignment’s delivery to custom till release date. - Keep all the archives ( Hard Copy and Electronic )updated, according to commercial instructions.

Requirements

- Stress management. - Strong problem-solving. - Fluency in English. - Familiarity with SAP. - Familiarity with foreign market research. - Minimum 2 year's Experience in International Trade. - Has a passion in this job.
