Job Description

Major Responsibilities: Interact with global distributor /dealer partners to manage their needs including orders, samples, demonstrating. Developing new potential distributors. Managing and monitoring the performance of global distributors/ dealer partners. · Assist and conduct product training when necessary. Assist project development teams with marketing research. Assist project development teams, ensuring implementation of product specifications and requirements and implementing product strategies. Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive strategy and identify opportunities for increasing customer and business value through product differentiation. Define 18 months of Business-to-Business Sales and Marketing Plan. Execute of 18 months Sales and Marketing Plan. Set-up and follow-up sales plans of the agent network. Find and develop sales of new customers. Sustains rapport by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities. Discover and analyze market trends.

Requirements

Requirements: Knowledge and experience in B2B and Active Sales. English writing and speaking must be fluent. Knowledge and experience in Email marketing. Ability to execute marketing& sales plan and preparing regular reports from marketing activities. Ability to manage sales strategies. Generate leads and commit to customer service by building effective relationships. Make calls and/or send emails to contact customers and clients to create new leads and do regular follow-ups to get the final result. Create and develop techniques to enhance sales. Recommend changes where necessary to improve company sales. Analyze sales results for own product, propose a solution and report to the CEO. Provide support in troubleshooting and follow up to resolve customer issues and concerns QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing degree is preferred. Minimum Experience: 3 years of international marketing experience in the medical device business. Strong personal and communication skills. Strong ability to work independently with moderate involvement from the supervisor. A strong team player. Must be fluent in English.
