Job Description

Charles Kendall & Partners Ltd is looking for experienced international procurement training specialists. The main objective of the job is to develop and implement training programs in public procurement and teach the rules and procedures for procurement of goods, consultancy services, and works (construction) to the Afghan procurement trainers, civil servants and private sector professionals. The position will be located in Kabul, Afghanistan as part of a World Bank financed project team with an excellent salary and benefit package. Suitable candidates will be interviewed in Tehran and/or Kabul in March 2008.Train and teach commercial courses Desired start date: As soon as possible

Requirements

University Qualifications: BA, MA, MBA, Ph.D. Degree in any field Preferably international experience either in teaching and/or senior commercial- procurement jobs Having substantial public procurement training experience, preferably in developing countries is a great advantage Language Fluency: Farsi and English
