- Obtain and review foreign offers, invoices and contracts
- Prepare purchase orders and review requirements for supplying goods
- Prepare forms and documents for L/C opening, T/T and so on
- Monitor shipments and import process to ensure that goods come in on time as per agreed conditions and resolve problems related to undelivered goods
- Achieve the paper works in the correct manner
- Preparing regular reports to management
Requirements
- BS degree in a related field preferred
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience in related field
- Good command of computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English
- Self-motivated
