Job Description

-Collection and categorization of declared needs and requests for the purchase of materials and equipment to ensure approval by the competent authority and action to purchase -Planning the delivery of materials and equipment purchased to ensure the preservation of quality at the time of shipment and delivery in a timely manner -Identification of the risks associated with the storage and transportation before acquisition of materials and equipment in order to cover them with appropriate insurance policies -Monitoring the progress of transportation operations in accordance with the findings and planning to ensure that the materials and equipment required by the company are collected and delivered in a timely manner -Corresponding with various suppliers to inquire prices and optimize purchase costs, taking into account the quality of resources needed to save money and provide optimal resources needed -Understanding the country's political situation and sanctions and economic problems in order to identify suitable alternatives for suppliers and avoid the risk of relying on limited resources and suppliers -Preparation and adjustment of operational and periodical reports requested by the managing director or planning unit in order to effectively plan production and optimize the process of achieving organizational goals -Initial review of vendor proposals and submission of reports to the CEO in order to decide on suppliers -Obtaining a pre-invoice and referring it to colleagues in order to track and receive required resources for the provision of resources -Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists -Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications
