Job Description

A leading investment company active in the IT and ICT industry is seeking a skilled specialist in assembly affairs, internal auditing, and budgeting to work in the finance department. main responsibilities are: - Planning and Managing Invitation, Execution, Arrangement, Registration and Follow-Up Assignments of the holding assembly and subsidiary companies - Analyzing auditing reports in order to present in annual general meetings - Analyzing the budget and performance of holding and subsidiary companies - Making periodic reports about deferred debts and claims of holding and subsidiary companies - Collection and preparation of necessary statistics, information and standards and calculation of the cost of activities and services for the preparation and adjustment of the annual holding budget - Analyzing budget report of holding and subsidiary companies - Analyzing investment business plans of holding and subsidiary companies - Study and evaluate the credit and financial resources needed for investments - Receiving and reviewing programs, plans, agreements, and contracts of holding and subsidiaries - Review and recommendation on modifying the accounting methods and procedures of Holding and its subsidiaries in accordance with accounting standards - Reviewing the proper implementation of the rules and regulations and risk assessment of Holding and its subsidiaries efficiency and effectiveness Evaluation of the internal control system and the management plan of the holding and its subsidiaries - Investigate specific matters in the form of a special audit in Holding and its subsidiaries and report to the Board of Directors Specialized knowledge and required skills: familiar with - Financial Statements - Total cost calculation - Financing, budgeting and evaluating investment projects - trading law - Direct taxes - Social insurance - Affairs related to the holding assemblies - auditing - company registry - Reporting in accounting and financial software and systems

Requirements

Qualifications: - High interpersonal/ PR skills - Proficiency in the Office suite and related software - Basic knowledge of English - The course of Study: Accounting, Management, Industries, Executive Management, Law, Finance or Brilliant Related History - Minimum Degree: BS - Minimum relevant experience: 5 years - Age range: 27 - 37 years
