Job Description

-Check and analyzes tickets that are registered in the Helpdesk site by distributors -Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the HQ end user’s satisfaction -Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software -Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software -Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required -Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems -Have a good knowledge and enough experience to face unknown issues and resolve them -Provide help desk support and resolve problems for ERP & Accounting System -Delivery of detailed periodic reports to the ICT manager -Identifies operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results; investigating complaints and suggestions; completing troubleshooting procedures -Develops operational solutions by defining, studying, estimating, and screening alternative solutions -Improves operational quality results by studying, evaluating, and recommending process re-design; implementing changes

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Hardware/Software/ICT -Minimum of 3 years experience as project manager in a construction company -Communication skills -Adaptability -Team work -Flexibility
