Job Description

- Develop policies, procedures and coordinate human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties. - Responsible for whole recruitment processes including Interviewing applicants, conducting background checks; analyzing job duties, performing job evaluations and analyses - Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs. - Plan and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals. - Monitoring administration processes to make sure all policies and regulations are conducted properly. -Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. - Prepares and defend budget of human resources operations. - Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. - Develop, analyzing and updating the company’s performance evaluation system. - Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures - Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan departments in the organization. - Serve as a link between main holding company by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Management, or and related fields. - More than 8 years’ experience, with 2-3 years as HR Manager, preferably in a multinational organization. Having experiences in Telecom related industries is a plus. - Be punctual, well versed and well informed on all fields of the job. - Strong team building, decision-making, people management skills and problem solving. - Expert in Administration rules and regulations and labor law details. - Problem solving by frequent follow ups on tasks. - Collaborative & Flexible. - Strong communication skills. - Expert in Microsoft Office tools, mostly Excel, word and Power point. - Fluent in English, both verbal and written. - Gender : Male & Female. - Ideal Age Range : 35-45
