Job Description

-Designing & Developing organizational Culture -Designing & Developing organizational HR process -Developing HR strategy and functions -Planning for all HR systems like performance management, career path planing, recruitment planing. -Managing recruitment and firing processes -Leading and supervising all activities related to staffing, training, supplying and planning of human resources, labor relations, administrative services -Planning, organizing, directing, controlling or coordinating employee activities, training, or working relationships of an organization -Analyze data and statistical reports to identify the causes of personnel problems and provide recommendations for improving the policies and practices of the staff of the organization -Preparing and tracking the budget for personnel operations by maintaining records and collecting statistical reports related to personnel data such as recruitment, transfer, performance evaluation and absenteeism -Formulate HR strategies in line with organizational strategies -Analyze, Design, Evaluate and Job categorization -Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
