Job Description
We are a successful Consumer Electronic Manufacturing company seeking an experienced HRBP who is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. You should maintain an effective level of business literacy about our business unit's financial position, midrange plans, culture and competition.
As our HRBP, you can expect to be involved in a senior position with responsibility for the following:
● To provide a front line interface between HR and department managers and employees.
● To help provide perspective to business changes and evaluate the business case for impacts to employees, how changes to talent management can help in achieving business objectives.
● To be responsible for workforce planning, updating organization charts, budgeting and redefining job descriptions.
● To promote organizational development that addresses succession planning, workforce engagement and development, change management and continuous improvement towards a high performance culture.
● To be responsible for divisions' need assessment, training programs and performance management in order to improve the quality of people internally in departments.
