Job Description

• Managing HSE staff, procedures, and requirements in EPC projects.
• Planning, organizing, controlling, managing, and making decisions in relation to the project's HSE processes and activities in accordance with legal, contracts, and other requirements.
• Managing, controlling, and ensuring compatibility of the organization's/project's HSE policies and objectives in the project.
• Cooperating in preparing/reviewing/approving project’s HSE procedures, work instructions, and other needed documents, based on latest legal and other requirements.
• Implementing HSE procedures in projects based on legal requirements.
• Performing periodical monitoring, inspections, and audit in projects, warning/stopping project activities in case of any critical hazard.
• Monitoring hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Monitoring and preparing HSE plans, actions, and reports.
• Monitoring/preparing corrective and reactive actions for the project's HSE nonconformities.
• Handling client's/stakeholder's HSE requirements and satisfaction in projects.
• Assessing training needs and measuring the effectiveness of HSE training.
• Managing the recruitment and training of HSE supervisors and officers.
• Reporting to the project manager.
