Managing HSE staff, procedures, and requirements in EPC projects.
Planning, organizing, controlling, managing, and making decisions in relation to the project's HSE processes and activities in accordance with legal, contracts, and other requirements.
Managing, controlling, and ensuring compatibility of the organization's/project's HSE policies and objectives in the project.
Cooperating in preparing/reviewing/approving project’s HSE procedures, work instructions, and other needed documents, based on latest legal and other requirements.
Implementing HSE procedures in projects based on legal requirements.
Performing periodical monitoring, inspections, and audit in projects, warning/stopping project activities in case of any critical hazard.
Monitoring hazard identification and risk assessment.
Monitoring and preparing HSE plans, actions, and reports.
Monitoring/preparing corrective and reactive actions for the project's HSE nonconformities.
Handling client's/stakeholder's HSE requirements and satisfaction in projects.
Assessing training needs and measuring the effectiveness of HSE training.
Managing the recruitment and training of HSE supervisors and officers.
Reporting to the project manager.
Requirements
Gender preference: Male.
Age range: 35 to 50 years old.
Master's degree in HSE.
National certificates of HSE competency.
7 Years of work experience in HSE.
Familiar with Industrial, Oil, Gas, and construction projects.
