List of responsibilities: Handling all recruitment and training processes, Planning job interviews and training courses, Developing and improving recruitment and training system, Identifying opportunities for recruitment and training development, Recognizing new talents, Holding preliminary job interviews, Managing training demands, providing training calendar, Establishing performance management, Providing job description documents, Providing and developing human resources processes documents, Providing recruitment and training reports and annual budget, Performing other duties.. Requirements

Having internal and international educational records related to recruitment and training, Analytical approach to work, Problem solving Ability, Time management, Strong communication skills, honest, and hard worker, Highly skilled in negotiations, Multiple managerial skills. University Qualifications: MBA/ Master of Human Resources Management. Nature and length of previous experience: Over 5 years of experience in the field of HR.
