Job Description

-Serving as a link between management and employees and helping resolve work-related problems. -Cooperating in human resources strategic planning and implementing them. -Observing, and gathering and analyzing data to identify causes of personnel problems and developing recommendations for improvements. -Identifying staff vacancies and recruiting, interviewing, and selecting applicants. -Designing on-boarding programs and supervising their implementation. -Designing, administering and facilitating performance management systems. -Analyzing and modifying compensation and benefits policies to establish effective programs. -Analyzing training needs to design employee development programs.

Requirements

-Minimum of 4 years of experience in different HR disciplines. -Ideal age range: 30-40. -Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. -Change orientation and internal locus of control. -Active listening and strong communication skills. -Mastery in conflict resolution. -Experience and competency in HRM benchmarking. -Good reporting and presenting skills.
