We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to support our exciting growth! HR Generalist duties and responsibilities - Familiar with Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Retention, Attendance, Payroll, Job grading - Managing full life-cycle recruitment including; effective sourcing, pre-screening, phone interviews with candidates, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring processes. - Conduct employee on boarding and help plan training & development - Develop compensation and benefits systems that fit the company’s HR responsibilities - Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems - Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations - Trying to increase employee motivation - Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures - Identify ways to improve policies and procedures - Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics - Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

Requirements

- Minimum bachelor's degree in HR, Management or any other relevant fields. - At least 3 years in related fields - In-depth knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures - Good knowledge of employment/labor laws - Outstanding knowledge of MS Office - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills - Positive and active attitude, willing to take responsibility - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize and multi-task - Positive and active attitude, willing to take responsibility - Capability to work in a team
