Job Description

- Presenting the performance report of the administrative units of the headquarters and regions on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis to calculate the KPI of the unit and the colleagues of the unit. - Attending specialized and general committees according to the company's rules - Managing employing process - Interview - Formation of personal files of new employees - Obtaining leave permits, missions, overtime and forgetting the card from the employees, adapting them to the relevant instructions and referring them for system registration - Calculate staff traffic - Update changes to personal information in the system - Provide performance reports - Employee's contract termination - Registration of new employees in the relevant insurance branches - Providing social security services (issuance, replacement and renewal of insurance booklets) - Monitoring the cleanliness of all places affiliated with the company - Cooperation and supervision in creating the structure and control of safety and health issues - Cooperation with the human resources unit and implementation of the instructions of this unit


- Dominance of labor and social security law - Interview skills - Familiar with the job classification process - Mastering administrative and human resource tactics and techniques - MS Office , especially Word and Excel - Familiar with specialized office software and human resources - Management and supervision skills
