Job Description

Recruitment • Assist in hiring process such as Job posts, Ads, following up payments, updating candidate about final decision • Administrative assistance in terms of filing, archiving, updating JDs, internal recruitment activities • Conducting and organizing induction program for new comers • Controls the orientation sessions, the briefing sessions, follow up on the performance of the newly employed person for integration and adaptation within the company and group culture. • Administration • Advises Head of Departments on the dead line of their staff’s contract with (employment revision contract form) and collect the completed forms for renewal of employment contracts • Keeps Personnel Data filings updated. • Prepares the necessary formalities for issuing Work Permit, Residency, Exit and re entry, etc. • Controls and updates complementary insurance list of employees. • Acts as point of contact for employees with personnel queries, providing assistance on routine matters or passing to relevant personnel professional as appropriate. • Manages All the administration of HR office ( letter, Job certification, recommendation, Promotion,…) • Monitors time sheet, Leave balance and filing of the requests • Submits required documents for registering employees on both Social Security and Complementary Insurance and keeps the insurance list of employees updated

Requirements

Education: University degree, ideally majoring in Human Resources management Experience & knowledge: 1 year experience in Human Resources Core competencies /skills: Communication, detailed oriented with high level of accuracy, Fluency in English language company value’s advocate
