About the Role: As the Head of LINE & New Products, you will be responsible for leading TAP30’s latest Product Offerings - “LINE” & “Order by Phone”, that make transportation accessible to the masses. “LINE” is our newly launched mobility product that promises shared rides along shared routes which are priced for daily use, while “Order by Phone” enables a ride by simply dialing in a number on any mobile device. Since launch, both the products have scaled up rapidly and you’ll be owning the P&L for both these products. You’ll play a vital role in all aspects of the Product’s success - from diverse and intelligent hiring, to engaging drivers and riders, co-owning the Product road-map, navigating regulatory relationships, driving customer acquisition, motivating the operational team, and creative problem solving through the journey. The role is centred on continual improvement and high quality. It requires a highly versatile and well-rounded leader, someone who cannot just create and drive strategy but also get hands dirty. It’s the intersection of leadership, analytics, creativeness, and problem solving that makes this role both exciting and challenging. Job Description : ● You’ll be the ultimate owner for LINE & Other New Products & will manage the P&L to create a high-growth yet sustainable business. ● You’ll own the Product Vision & the entire Product Life cycle Development from strategic planning to feature roll out - Identify, conceptualize and drive development of new product features and/or incremental improvements to existing ones. ● You’ll be responsible for defining hiring needs in your products and bringing on top Ops/Analytics talent to help execute on the day-to-day, while also setting the future strategy. Lead by example & establish a fun, inclusive, and safe work environment.

Requirements

● Overall 8+ years’ experience with minimum 4+ years of proven success in a similar role or general management - Leading a Business Unit or a Group of Products, with end to end P&L responsibility. ● Work experience in a Multinational Product Driven Organization and/or International Exposure would be good to have. ● Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with impressive academic record. A degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline preferred. Advanced degree a plus. ● Strategic Business Management - Ability to balance strategic, commercial & operational considerations in assessing options & arriving at recommendations. ● Analytical & Data-Driven thinking with a strong business judgement - Ability to roll up your sleeves, analyze the data to generate insights and taking actions/decisions for the business. ● Entrepreneurship mentality. Must be a self-starter and leader that assumes the risks and rewards of running an innovative sustainable operation. ● People Leadership - Have managed diverse teams & hired, mentored & grown people in the past to operate at highest performance levels. ● Stakeholder Management - Work closely with other directors and C-Levels to influence future product design & business road map at the highest levels of the company. Experience partnering with Business Operations, Finance, Business Leaders and GMs to manage the impact to profitability. ● Previous experience in Ride-Hailing would be a plus. ● Fluent in English.
