Directing and coordinating Scrum Masters in the role of RTE (Release Train Engineer) in the SAFe framework.
Facilitating and coordinating ART processes (Agile Release Train) and events such as PI Planning, System Demo, ART Sync, and Inspect and Adapt.
Managing communication with stakeholders in different energy-savvy businesses and directing effective communication between Scrum Masters (in the role of business coordinators) with managers and end users of the system, before, during, and after system deployment.
Identifying and managing ART risks and dependencies between teams.
Designing a mechanism for monitoring ART performance indicators through Jira software or other suggested platforms.
Managing the response team to the ticket system and the company's internal hotline in the field of system users' requirements.
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills:
Familiar with SAFe.
Familiar with ERP Systems, preferably IFS.
Familiar with the Oil and Gas industry.
Professional Scrum Master/having a SAFe Scrum Master Certificate.
Detail and result-oriented.
Experience:
At least 8 years of experience in an Agile work environment (3 years of experience in a Scrum environment).
