Job Description
- Establishing industrial accounting, handling finance & industrial accounting, providing & analyzing industrial & financial reports, supervising all related affairs to financial departments, controlling, updating & confirming all financial documents.
- Preparing balance sheet, account statement of interest & losses, other statements & monthly & annually financial reports.
- Preparing seasonal reports and VAT
- Controlling all accounting documents, invoices, bank statements and reporting to the related Manager
- Controlling Sales and Purchase Invoices
- Control and follow up receivable and payable accounts & monitoring all affairs of treasury including checking the bank accounts, issue the cheques, treasury accounting etc.
- Data entry and controlling
- Ensure the proper keeping of Company's accounting records of supplier and costumer invoices
- Liaise with other departments for any financial issue (HR, supply chain, Sales…)
- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
