Job Description

• Direct and control a team of accountancy staff providing full accounting services for a large operating center.
• Direct and control accountancy staff to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including statements of operations, balance sheets, and other supporting statements by accounting standards.
• Act as the significant interface with auditors in preparation for annual audits.
• Maintain and improve a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively documented and managed.
• Prepare the year-end accounting and taxation reports to ensure that the company compiles with legal and business requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of professional commitment to quality of service and image to ensure the group philosophy in this regard is upheld at all times.
• Provide feedback and professional advice and guidance to subordinates to facilitate their overall development and enhance their contribution.
• Report to the financial manager.
