Job Description

- Assembling, Installing, modifying and repairing computer hardware, software and peripherals. - Providing technical assistance and supporting issues related to computers systems, software and hardware. - Responding people's questions over phone, portal or email. - Maintaining daily performance of computer systems. - Coordinating preventive maintenance for equipment. - Resolving technical problems with LAN, WAN and other system -Following up with clients to ensure issues have been resolved. - Reviewing and updating Help Desk documentation as assigned. - Cabling. - Running PM Overhaul on all Clients and server via Holding IT policy. - Managing software installations according to user requests. - Maintaining and checking licenses of software that need license. - Installing new notebooks & Manages user accounts. - Responding to requests for a technical assistance or an information via phone, email or other communication tools. - Diagnosing and resolving technical IT hardware and software issues.

Requirements

- B.S / M.S in Computer Engineering (Software, Hardware), IT or Computer Science. - 3 years of experience in relevant fields. - Knowledge of Windows server technologies. - Familiarity with the concepts of Information Security ISO27001. - Mastering of Help Desk. - Familiarity with concepts of CCNA، CCNP, MCSE, VMWARE. - Highly flexible, high tolerance and ability to work under pressure. - Self-motivated person. - Current Residence: Safadasht
