Job Description

As a growth data analyst at Tapsi Fi, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and driving business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

Generating business insights and providing actionable recommendations.
Designing and developing metrics and dashboards to enhance performance, reduce costs, and facilitate key business decisions.
Producing comprehensive documentation to support your work and delivering conclusive reports to stakeholders.
Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, conducting A/B tests to optimize conversion rates in user funnels.
Continuously monitoring campaign performance, reporting results, and assessing ROI and KPIs.
Identifying trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the generated insights.
Taking a leadership role in evaluating the best way of monetizing, testing them, and making decisions.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with statistical modeling and analyzing large and complex datasets.
Excellent knowledge of data generation and analysis tools, especially Python, SQL, and Excel.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and present findings to diverse audiences.
Financial knowledge is a plus.
