Job Description
- Personnel accounts and funds control.
- Reviewing the ethnicity of invoices and registration in the system.
- Preparing weekly payment list and clearance of accounts after payment.
- Tracking currency accounts, staff demand, and debts.
- Booking and charging personnel petty cash.
- Recording salary and wage expenses.
- Recording final settlement of personnel.
- Recording expenses of head office and sales offices in the provinces.
- Doing some tasks related to banks and SSO.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Industrial Management.
- At least three years of related work experience.
- Strong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and fixed asset accounting concepts.
- Experience in ERP systems, and SAP is very preferable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel, and Outlook.
