Job Description

The main activities are being a part of R&D division and being responsible for developing the new formulation of new products or optimization of current formula as well as preparing project documentations. Main Responsibilities: • Working in R&D laboratory on new product formula; • Developing and creating the new formulation; • Search and develop new formulation methods; • Optimizing the current formula; • Anticipating the interactions between the different formulation and process parameters; • Conduct different tests on new products and raw materials; • Contributing in stability tests of new products • Preparing manufacturing procedure of new formulation for production line; • Working on practical solutions for problems of products in production line; • Providing scientific evidence and documentation required to obtain a license for specific products; • Searching and developing of new and best methods for R&D processing; • Investigating, diagnosing and correcting formulation issues; • Responsible for coordination with other divisions in new product development project; • Responsible for record keeping of all development trials. • Coordinating to conduct new products efficiency tests at lab scale
