Job Description

- Perform all pre-required activities before finalizing Equipment/ Services contracts. For the above task, the expert should have enough competency in providing Purchase Package and receiving all relevant Technical documents from Engineering Department. - Coordinate all affairs regarding Trading committee meetings - Provide the winner all conditions collecting TBE results for concluding the contract. - Assist with concluding the contract given the country circumstances for shipment, cargo clearance and payment settlement. - Report and follow up all current cases. - Keep the relevant data bases updated.

Requirements

- BA/BS holder in engineering/ economics or commerce - At least 5 years of efficient work background in the position - Familiar with production industries preferably in mineral or metal industries - Being proficient at using MS Office and other commercial software programs - Familiar with Equipment and Commodity Foreign purchasing processes and stages - Capable of establishing efficient communication with people and companies at meetings. - Capable of English speaking, writing and reading proficiently - Fully familiar with performing Trending processes. - Familiar with contractual obligations and affairs. - Fully familiar with obtaining customs exemption processes for purchasing production line equipment and commodity. - Fully familiar with customs and cargo clearance processes. - Familiar with Order registering on NTSW and further follow-ups and Banking commitment fulfillment.
