Job Description

- Proactively research and monitor the market for the new suppliers and products, best price and value propositions. - Negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms. - Collaborate with key people to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations. - Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients. - Close collaboration with the technical department to solve technical problems and execute correct purchases. - Track all the orders until warehouse delivery in order to ensure that purchased goods and services are delivered on time, as per the agreement. - Analyze and resolve complex issues such as contractual and commercial problems. - Maintain and manage a strong relationship with suppliers and negotiate with them to improve supply chain efficiency and sustainability. - Make sure that all procurement documentation is professionally maintained and data entry in the system has been done.
