Job Description

- Sourcing to find new sources - Taking quotation based on purchase policy. - Comparing prices, specifications and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. - Budget control and verification. - Purchase order preparation and placing order to suppliers. - Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries and other issues. - Effective and efficient communication with suppliers to ensure smooth handling of the jobs. - Documentation of the ordering process based on company requirements. - Provide regular updates about orders status and contracts. - Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files, reports and price lists. - Support the organization through activities focused on cost reduction.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Engineering or any other related fields. - Perfect communication and negotiation skills - Great command of English, both in speaking and writing (At least IELTS 6.5) - Strong computer skills especially Excel & power point - Stress management - Analytical and arithmetic mind. - Self-organized and motivated - Approach challenges with confidence and optimism. - Relevant experience in foreign purchasing is an advantage.
