Job Description

Sourcing grain producers, negotiating with suppliers, making deal with exporter, writing contract, instructing vessel, Supervising and controlling all the shipping documents. Monitor shipments statues, and inspection steps and resolve problems related to delivery of the goods to delivery port or quality of loaded cargo - Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Performa Invoice to shipping documents- Submit and archive all the documents (hard & electronic copy) - Prepare all required documents for customs clearance formalities, following payment procedure (LC /TT) with bank and supplier, - Communicate/correspond with supplier in a timely manner, to include: pre-alerts, rate requests, etc. Observing on local sales & distribution of livestock feed and commodities. Main Responsibilities: 1.finding grain producer and negotiating with them 2. Obtaining required licenses from Veterinary Organization and ministry of agriculture 3.R&D about credit lines 4. Managing currency allocating and payment affairs: TT, Refinance, Usance (deferred Payment) 5. Sending instruction to supplier and checking draft of inspection and shipping documents 6. Reviewing and revising contract with the sellers. 7. Handling bulk cargo discharge process at AmirAbad port, Sari. 8. Managing release man teams at custom and related organization 9. Managing warehouse and cargo stacks 10. Be in negotiate with local market sell team to manage the import and sale chain 11. Be in Connection with Ministry of agriculture, CBI bank, and all related organization and send required report for each one.
