Job Description

-Creates and implement social media campaigns end-to-end including content idealization, budgeting and finding and relationship management with influencers -Own and lead Driver Loyalty Club including getting driver incentives, service design and communication -Closely engage with drivers through interviews, focus groups and surveys to understand their need and develop practical solutions to address them -Develop analytical frameworks to support economics of driver related initiatives -Work with marketing team to create PR campaigns to increase awareness of Tap30 or to elevate the brand image of the company among drivers -Organize and execute driver events

Requirements

-B.S. in a must - Relevant majors are Marketing, Branding, Management, MBA -Over 3 years of relevant experience / Minimum 1 year of team management experience -Strong consumer and product awareness -Excellent written and verbal communication -Strong creative and critical thinking capability -Structured problem solving skills -Hands on execution -Good grip of analytics
