Job Description
• Evaluating investment plans and preparing Feasibility Reports; • Developing the financial models, taking legal limitations into consideration; • Preparing the possible financing methods and options in order to realize projects; • Conducting the financial viability analysis and developing the reports for proposed developments; • Preparing the project technical reports for submission to the Client.
Requirements
• Master’s degree in financial management, industrial engineering, accounting from an accredited university; • Minimum 2 years of related experience; • Good knowledge of capital market; • Good knowledge of Financing processes and tools; • Good knowledge of financial statements; • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; • Commitment and Responsibility; • Teamwork skills; • Problem solving skills; • Attention to detail and accuracy; Required Certificates: • Holder of Capital Market Certificates are the top priority.
