Job Description

The key responsibilities of this position will include: ● Participate in proposals and customer credit policy, financial debt collection, and monitoring the performance. ● Fund and manage cash found, and monetary assets, and provide additional cash. flow if necessary. ● Maintain the confidentiality of financial records. ● Long-term forecasting and planning of funds for investment based on technological changes in the capital market and the efficiency of investment projects. ● Perform all duties as assigned and required in accordance with the instruction within the organization and accounting standards. ● Schematization and performing approved projects related to employee benefits and supervising the implementation of the employee pay system, in order to enhance staff motivation. ● Prepare a report for the board of directors. ● Keep abreast of changes in foreign currencies. ● Classify accounts - and if necessary – classification of goods and coding of inventory and warehouse according to a mechanized system proposed and approved changes or preparation of financial software system as custom mail or package. ● Monitor and control aimed at preserving the aments of the company. ● Plan to do an analysis of the balance sheet profit and loss along with the resources and benefits of different units. ● Prediction, projection and presentation of the company's budget based on plans ,project, orders and requirements of the various units and the strategy instructed by the board of directors with regard to the annual resource, consumption and possible future changes. ● Evaluate the performance of different organization departments with respect to the investigation of financial results and supervisor office. ● Constant assessment system, methods and assumptions related to financial department and declaration of strengths and weakness of existing procedures and remedy proposals. ● Develop constant relationships with bankers for financial cooperation development and taking opportunities. ● Prepare analytical reports on the customer assessment, product pricing discount policy, and purchase assessment on inflation. ● Continuous information of all banking, financial, tax, labor, and social affairs rules and insurance related to the company's activity. ● Continuous evaluation staff. ● Review and implement activities regarding approved budget and deviation. ● Identify the needs for measurement specialized training on staff under personal management by him along with the company's needs. ● Prepare all financial reports, including reports of payments and property, verification of all legal officers, and consequent registration. ● Cooperate in the development and monitoring of the proper implementation of contacts. ● Update accounting systems in the systematic and electric frames.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Finance. ● 5 years of experience in finance management. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Good teamwork capabilities. ● Excellent knowledge of MS Office. ● Very good command of written and spoken English. ● Experience in banking financial services and other related banking affairs. ● Ability to manage and supervise staff. ● High experience in income statement analysis. ● Age range: 35 to 50 years old. ● Current residence Tehran. ● No gender preference.
