- To be responsible for to create and save the best corporate image for the Shopping Centre, to increase the focuses on ratios, equities and debts. - It is useful for portfolio management, distribution of dividend, capital raising, hedging and looking after fluctuations in foreign currency and product cycles.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: BS Business Administration, Bachelor's in Finance, Bachelor's in Accounting. - Other certifications obtained: Accounting, Financial Analysis. - Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years experience in Finance Manager position. - Specialist knowledge: Financial analysis. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Analytical, detail-oriented, organizational, strong communication skills, excellent math skills.
