Job Description

- Processing ledger and booking entries according to stated procedures so that all transactions are recorded in a timely and accurate manner. - Ensuring that all transactions and reports are processed according to internal procedures and guidelines so that the company fulfills all legislative reporting requirements. - Preparing standard reports from statistical and accounting information according to stated schedules so that all required information is available for reviewing in a timely manner. - Identifying, investigating and rectifying routine errors and anomalies in data and reports so that all financial data can be relied upon. - Providing advice to other business areas as required to ensure clarity concerning accounting to requirements. - Maintaining accounts files and information in a way that allows ease of retrieval of information and reports. - Analyzing ledgers and accounts to allow the reconciliation of financial data according to stated schedules so that the company remains aware of its financial position on an ongoing basis and statutory reports can be produced within legislative time limits. - Preparing non-routine financial data for management attention as requested in order to support management decision-making. - Ensuring that all transactions and reports are processed according to externally defined legislation and guidelines so that the company fulfills all legislative reporting requirements. - Managing all aspects of accounting department functions including checking financial documents and arranging payments, preparing budget and financial statements and managerial reports, computing taxes and VAT and preparing tax returns. - Auditing financial procedures and maintaining accounting systems and coding.

Requirements

- B.S / M.S degree in Accounting. - At least 3 years experience in similar role. - Broad knowledge of automated accounting systems. - Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory and statutory requirements. - Sound knowledge of standard accounting practices and procedures. - Good oral and written skills in English and ability to communicate effectively. - Preparing financial statements. - Familiarity with Accounting softwares. - Current Residence: Tehran
