Job Description

To undertake all aspects of financial and industrial management, including corporate accounting, Regulatory and financial reporting, Budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Managing and structuring the finance department and taking a leading role in training and coaching the finance team. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting, Industrial Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition. Prepare and analyze daily and monthly cash flows comparing budgeted costs to actual costs as well as predicting future revenues and financial commitments to plan ahead and prepare accordingly. Develop financial reports that will lead to modify and improve business operations, revenues and expenses. Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements or other management reports. Coordinate and preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. Managing company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems. Oversee the management of inventory Responsible for all aspects of company tax compliance. Evaluate accounting systems, procedures and practices and make appropriate recommendation for modifications and improvements. Managing the preparation of the company’s budget. Familiar with the methods of investing and getting a bank loan. Cost benefit analysis of marketing campaigns and promotions. Fluent in preparing BOM Proficient in preparing management reports and financial analytical reports Proficient in preparing and analyzing financial ratios
