Ostadkar is looking for a Finance Manager to would own the entire financial ecosystem of ostadkar, both internally (the company) as well as externally (the marketplace). This role will oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgets, payment processes, billing and collections, as well as handling of administrative and contracts issues.
The following roles and responsibilities are the main areas of focus for this position:
*Financial Management: Establish the fundamentals of a large scale financial system
-Accounting including policies, procedures, payment processes, documentation, verification, use of accounting software
-Internal reporting including quarterly and annual financial statements, monthly cash flow, income and expenses, financial ratios analysis, pay roll, internal audit
-Budget management: make sure funds are spent properly and payments are made in time through treasury management, actual versus planned budget reporting, department and team budgets monitoring
-External reports: prepare and submit all external reports on a timely manner and make sure the company is in full compliance with financial oversight, tax, and social security regulations. This includes monthly and quarterly income and sales expenses, annual tax filing, monthly pay roll and social security reporting, external and tax audit
-Billing and Payment: Issue invoices for sales of services, administer all payments including bills and invoices, purchases, service contracts, pay roll, loans, bonuses, etc.
*Administrative and registration: Streamline administrative processes
-All permits and licenses from syndicates, unions, ministries, etc.
-Registration: Brand and trademark, corporate changes (BoD, GAS, etc.)
-Contracts and partnerships, oversight (against budget), execution, reporting (for tax and social secuirity purposes)
-Contractual on-boarding of personnel and freelancers, financial and contractual off-boarding of personnel
-Administrative communications and letter
*Marketplace financial integration: Integrate Ostadkar marketplace’s financial transactions into the company’s financial system for the purpose of accounting and reporting.

-Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance function, including at least 1 years in a management role
-Excellent communication, people management, and team building skills
-High emotional intelligence and people skills
-Experience in establishing new processes, especially for complex financial systems
-Familiarity with accounting standards, reporting standards, and related software
