Job Description
-Responsible for salaries & wages, loans, orders, cost accounting, depreciation, financial statements & tax returns
-Mastering all types of accounting including commercial, manufacturing, Contractor and Service & implementing accounting requirements
-Controlling all accounting documents, invoices, bank statements and petty cash dealing with related authorities such as Tax office
-Controlling and managing all local and international payable and receivables
-Preparing and designing needed financial reports for authorities and top managers and Preparing and submitting reports weekly and monthly and seasonally
-Preparing monthly budget controlling report as well as various other reports including report about deviations between actual/ budget and Cash flow figures, financial results to explain deviations from the budget, (daily, monthly, quarterly, annually)
-Preparing audit reports, seasonal reports (VAT) and declarations and sales tax prepayments and fulfilling all legal tax issues and preparing standard reports from statistical and accounting information; as well as preparation of year-end report (financial statements), (Balance Sheet, Profit and loss), internal & external reports
-Preparation of financial statements to ensure timely submission of reports and other financial information as required by the company's financial statements. Provide and interpret financial information and identify potential weaknesses
-Develop operational public accounting programs, insurance turnover, taxes, property and warehouse programs, procurement and purchase, petty cash at the company level
-Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
-Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization
-Monitor financial activities and details, such as cash flow and reserve levels, to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met
-Management of all accounting operations includes accounting, cost accounting, inventory accounting and income identification
-Integrate business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
-Develop, maintain and analyze the budget, prepare periodic reports that compare budget expenditures with real costs
-Analyze the monthly cost of sold goods and operating costs against the previous year and budget, prepare business descriptions and solutions to help reduce risks. -Management and management of all activities and reports related to payment, tax, VAT, bank accounts, insurance, social security
-Review and re-establishing financial structures and adjusting financial processes considering company policies and development plans
