Job Description

-Planning, coordinating, and holding programs and meetings -Design and preparation of required management reports using Photoshop, PowerPoint -Review and analysis of minutes, reports, and articles -Doing administrative correspondence -Pursuing executive affairs until the desired result is achieved

Requirements

-Mastery of Office and Photoshop software -At least 1 year of experience as an executive assistant -Ability to coordinate programs and meetings and familiarity with the principles and techniques of administrative correspondence -Ability to report -High searchability -Learning and dynamic spirit -Trustworthy -Teamwork spirit -Order and accuracy -Pursuit and responsibility -Attention to detail and active listening -High communication skills -Energetic and diligent -Ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously -Ability to prioritize tasks and timely delivery -Ability to manage the project -Fluent in English
