Job Description
- Liaise between departments to design specific solutions for end-users of the ERP system.
- Design and implementation of business processes: business process design, business process modeling, business rules, and UI design.
- Continually monitoring and improving the system and procedures involving the use of the ERP system, producing documents where necessary.
- Create and design reports within the ERP system to provide end-users with specific information.
- Provide day-to-day support for the ERP.
- Maintain the live, test, and development environments of the ERP system.
- Maintain and develop needed 3rd party products that interface with the ERP.
- Stay up to date with software application changes and updates.
- Coordinate with external consultants on System Enhancement Projects and problem resolution.
- Follow and implement IT policy and procedures.

- Job duration: permanent position
- Desired start date: ASAP
- Working hours: Saturday to Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in a Computer-Oriented field.
- At least 5 years of experience in related fields.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good business process knowledge; experience in conducting business month and year-end processes.
- Experience using an ERP system, preferably Rahkaran.
- Experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Time management skills.
- Inquisitive nature and a 'never relinquish’ attitude; driven to achieve targets.
- Interpersonal skills that can be used to build essential relationships.
- Ability to successfully work in a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Punctual and organized.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ideal age range: 25 to 35 years old.
