Job Description

-Coordinating all of the jobs related to the factory and office engineering department -Personnel efficiency determination -The quality objectives specified in the business plan -Control the results of audits and informing each department about these changes -Consider customers' feedback in order to improve the quality of products -Make changes that could affect the quality management system -Recommend for improvement -Evaluate the effectiveness of the actions that have been done -Negotiating with engineers and managers of Standard Org, ISQI, EPA, Police, Industrial ministry, in order to get relevant permission -Discussing and getting technical information with CHERY engineers -Having technical meetings with internal suppliers for localizing -Considering production issue during the performing all of projects -Cooperation with all departments for improve quality of products -Followed for preparation and construction of facilities and equipment for testing and required test -Analysis of reports and index related to the unit and presented to the Engineering Manager -Performed other duties from Engineering Manager -Organized team for implementation of design and development process -Unit performance report based on indexes and present to the management Representative -Supervise the personnel activity and division activity between them -Follow up and solved problem in related to customer in short time
