Job Description

- Calculating employee saving - Assuming the time of paying loan to the employees - Assuming the amount of Loan which any employee can get - Doing the necessary written or oral negotiations with resource provider companies or related banks - Recording and control all Savings Fund financial documents - Preparing the financial balance of the fund - Following up doubtful debt of personnel - Preparing a bank discrepancy - Registering the new employees the list of members of loan - Entering the needed data in electronic loan requesting forms - Preparing needed reports - Preparing the list of employees who are eligible for getting the loan according to their scores. - Preparing the list of employees who are eligible for getting the loan regarding the risk - Preparing the list of employees regarding the loan type - Preparing the installment table for loans which are paid to Internal/External employees - Preparing the list of the employees which must pay their installment via Post Bank - Preparing the list of the installments which must be paid by NAK - Attending in the loan committee, Submitting the list of fund requests to the loan committee - Recommending some solutions for solving the personnel issues for receiving the loan - Writing the MOMs of Loan Committee
