Summary
The Accountant (Ecosystem Excellence Partner) will be primarily responsible for ensuring business continuity of the current Treasury (Cash and bank) including preparing payments, informing vendors, and balance reconciliation for vendors with a high number of transactions.
The Accountant (Ecosystem Excellence Partner) reports to the Finance Chapter Enabler (Head of Finance).
You will be responsible for:
- Cash box (EUR) handling end-to-end transactions, including settlement with employees.
- Cash flow management.
- Clearing balances for banks and vendors in SAP.
- Relevant Internal controls for bank and cash/accounts payable e.g. Bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation, etc.
- Audit/compliance, support on controlling tax and SSO operations.
- SSO clearance process.
- Archive the relevant documents related to his/her responsibilities.
- Accounting operations support.
