Requirements

* Responsible for carrying out assigned work with particular emphasis on HSEQ performance and cost-effective delivery in the office/Operation. * Assist in preparing Drilling and Completion Design. * Assist in preparing Drilling and Completion programs. * Assist in preparing "Main Drilling Program". * Assist in preparing "Section Recommendation Program". * Assist in preparing Drilling and Completion operation procedures. * Assist in preparations and conduct invitations to tenders as well as service and equipment contracts. * Ensure follow-up operations. * Prepare Final Well Reports -- Drilling/Completion and related technical documents. * Conduct studies to improve performance. * Propose technological innovations. * Contribute to improving personal skills and know-how. * Monitor Service companies jobs and performance. * Clearly exhibit the ability to develop good working relationships/become a team player. * Graduate in B.S./M.S. Drilling Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Oil Exploration, Mining Exploration or related area from Iranian universities and higher education institutes approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology or internationally-accredited universities whose degrees are confirmed by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran. * Having a minimum cumulative average of 16 or 17 is required respectively for the graduates of state universities and other universities. * Full proficiency in English and literacy in general and professional software for each job is required.
