1. Team: Develop our product team into a world-class strategic center of excellence. You need to be an excellent people manager 2. Strategy: Embed strategic thinking into the team. Turn them from a team of executors into a team of strategic thinkers. Enable a broad understanding of the industry and competition so that we become a proactive user research and data-driven team 3. Product: Own the product roadmap and ensure that each Product Manager is developing a well-thought-out and strategic roadmap. Coordinate complex dependencies between different teams’ roadmaps 4. Process: Improve our processes to ensure a seamless interaction with business and tech team
