Job Description

Following up CEO’s schedule whether personal or work-related and direct connection with all of his co-workers for managing daily schedule, meetings etc. Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports, Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. Following up with all of the external office tasks. Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports Enjoying strong analyzing capability on different cases needed by CEO. Be able to manage different internal affairs and logistic issues. Handling and organizing different events conferences. Make travel and accommodation arrangements and accompanying CEO in work-related travels if required.

Being very motivated and thirsty to learn more every day. Having strong public relation ability, self-esteemed and determined verbal communication. Showing professional attitude at work, presenting different Ideas in order to improve Company. Very Honest, Trustworthy and Reliable, Committed to defined responsibilities, Flexible, Compassionate and Patient. Be able to follow up different tasks simultaneously with high efficiency. Intermediate English Skills. Formal English and Farsi corresponding skills. Familiarity with Fax and Telephone gadgets, Computer and Internet. Excellent MS Office knowledge Having enough ability to participate in different formal meetings and session and preparing meeting minutes to prioritize activities, bureaucratic briefs and organization charts Being able to communicate with other internal and external co-workers, partners and customers. Outstanding organizational and time management skills as well. Preparing productive researches, briefing, analyzing and providing the CEO with the best result. Age: 30 years old at most
