Job Description

• To plan and implement an effective end-to-end comprehensive digital channel sales campaign based on communicated Business Plan • To monitor and report feedback from digital sales channels regarding implemented campaigns • To identify digital sales leads’ opportunities in market and provide the same by reviewing the key areas of digital sales • To supervise vendors in providing digital advertisement, ensure technical changes implemented and issues resolved • To ensure newest digital sales trends implemented in MTNIrancell digital channel and implement required changes • To ensure end-to-end support to the digital sales channel partners upon commercial agreement • To oversee the administration of sales processes through Digital Sales Channel to achieve predefined targets • To monitor contracts and agreements with digital channel partners and report on the compliance with contract issues and SLAs • To oversee the preparation of daily/monthly/quarterly reports on Digital Sales Channel (Telesales, Social Media, Mobile App, USSD, Web Shop, SMM, etc) to Management for analyzing the Digital channel performance based on manager requests • To prepare and maintain also update digital sales channel dashboard this includes development of various reports and metrics to pinpoint sales pipeline status

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing / Communication) or related • Fluent in English • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others • Experience working in a medium organization • Experience in digital marketing/sales is preferable • Fluent in English
